My background is working with children and adolescents as a School Social Worker for over 20 years. I have extensive understanding of the issues kids face today. In addition, I’ve worked with adult clients in private therapy for several years with issues such as anxiety, depression. grief and loss, marital/couples therapy, bipolar disorder, addiction, divorce as well as other mental health issues and difficult life events. I also have a specialty; I treat and present on Non-Suicidal Self-Injury (NSSI). As you will see, much of my website focuses on developing an understanding of this sometimes frightening and frustrating behavior. Whatever the issue, you can trust that you are entering a warm, caring and non-judgemental space!

I am here for you. All you need to do is reach out to begin your journey of healing and happiness.
