Hi, I’m Amy. I am a master’s level therapist licensed in the state of Michigan. I have over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults and couples. Much of my practice has centered around children, teens and families. I currently work in the public school system full-time and provide therapy in evenings and on weekends. My specialty is working with those who struggle with: difficult life transitions, family changes, poor interpersonal relationships, feelings of rejection and isolation, poor social skills, acting out behavior, ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, anxiety and depression. If your child or teen is struggling with school or with family life, I am here to help!
My practice specialty is in treating anxiety, depression and self-injury. If you are a person struggling with this you are in the right place! My approach is always evidenced-based and what you want out of our sessions is decided by you. I don’t just treat teens however, in fact, most of my clients are adults. I offer evening hours from 4-8 p.m.
